What is your cancellation policy?

I understand there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or obligations. However, when you do not call to cancel an appointment, you may be preventing another client from receiving much-needed treatment.
 

• Failure to cancel an appointment at least 24 hours prior to your appointment (except in the case of emergency, illness or inclement weather) will incur a $50 fee. 

• If a client arrives late, client will still be charged for the full session.

• Cold, flu, or a contagious condition? Reschedule and rest. Fees are waived so long as notice is given.
