Your appointment consists of the following elements (included in treatment time):

Assessment: Discussion of your health history, treatment needs and goals. Postural examination, Range of Motion testing, Muscle length and strength testing, Neurological testing and Special Orthopedic tests may be included. This can take anywhere from 10-20 minutes, depending the patient.

Treatment: Includes a variety of of techniques including but not limited to Myofascial Release, Fascial and Muscular Myotonics, Joint Mobilizations, Trigger Point Release Therapy, Proprioceptive techniques, Passive, Active and Assisted Range of Motion and stretching and strengthening exercises, customized to meet your treatment goals.

Reassessment/Homecare Advice: Re-testing of target treatment areas to determine progress made. Homecare instruction including strengthening, stretching and mobility exercises to maintain progress and increase your rate of recovery.
