What is your payment policy? What payments do you accept?

Payments are due by the end of treatment. In-person electronic payment services are offered at the office after the appointment. Acceptable payments include:

• Check (written out to Restoration Therapeutics)

• Debit

• Credit

• HSA

I do not bill insurance at this time. A receipt for reimbursement can be provided to you.
